Welcome and thanks for joining me in my conscious exploration of my TRUE spiritual identity daily which doing of my best to give of myself unconditionally and empower others who may seek the same for themselves.
Nothing explored and showcased here will ever be to promote any specific Belief System as better than; the Only or the Right one.
As a child, teenager and young adult in Guyana, Barbados and then Jamaica; the word “spirit” or its most popular used form “spirits” meant mainly an invisible (negative)force or presence that was always waiting to overcome any form of good that might exist. A presence and force that I lived in fear of until my mid twenties.
I feel that the truth be told – “No one has a definitive answer to that source that sustains life, every one of us are speculating about something we wish we fully understood.”
Called by various names to be God, Allah etc. I choose to refer to as THAT WHICH CAUSED US TO BE. This I know can be considered to be the road less traveled as it is easier to embrace the collective thinking of your family’s culture or belief system or religion.
… these are my humble views about ‘that which caused‘ us all and every visible and intangible thing in the Universe to become and/or made visible and manifested. Namaste.

“I feel that the truth be told – no one has a definitive answer to that source that sustains life. Every one of us are speculating about something we wish we fully understood.” I really do believe and come to embrace that “the Spirit” or “the Energy of Life” causes all things to become visible or made physical (manifested ) therefore I further believe the essence of that ever present “Essence or Spirit” will forever be the core of whatever was created and/or was made manifested by it. Therefore it is safe to then say the “Spirit” will continue to support and nurture that “visible expression” of itself in the manifested form. Your physical body, the birds, the bees, the plants, the trees, the seas” and give to its visible expression everything needed for continued expression of its “invisible Self”.
That visible expression can also be seen and referred to as a “Channel” or “Opening” of the Invisible Spirit. That Channel in fact it can be seen as the “Spirit” made manifest and therefore we can also safely say there is really NO “you or me, plant or trees, birds or bees, river or seas” but just Energy in visible expression of the “One Spirit” or “Energy vibration” called Life.
With this as my belief system I have embraced the concept that as a “Spiritual Being” having a human experience (manifested physical expression of spirit) we have within us – the Realm of Infinite Ideas (Kingdom of Spirit/God/Allah/The Tao….) from which we can pull (to think and process thoughts) and create in our visible (our manifest World as we know it) Earth based on our desires (intention).
To do this, we need to master; (like Moses, Jesus, the Buddha, Gandhi, Mohammed and the many others like them) the following:
1. The Value and Power of Thinking
It is through thinking that man forms that which he has in his life.
2. The Law of Demonstration
The Law of Mind Action: Whatever you think about you bring about. Jesus said “Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven”. Using this law we can bring forth whatever we have in mind. Be it Productive or Destructive (negative) to ourselves; therefore whatever is productive; think on those things only.
